Arrival

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we’ll guide you into an examination room after checking in your pet. 2

Pet Medical History

In most cases, one of our veterinary assistants will start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor. 3

Examination

Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done in the practice, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted. 4

Communication

This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing. 5

Follow Up Care

Our veterinary assistant will return to finalize your visit, offering valuable pet care information and addressing any questions you have about your pet's wellness and care. Payment will be conveniently processed in the room, and if follow-up appointments are necessary, the assistant will help schedule them for you. 6

Our Promise

Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times when the unexpected will create delays. We will do our best to minimize these as much as we can.

The Animal Wellness Center has a 24-hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge an office call fee for any appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
