First visit (6-8 weeks)

Your kitten’s first visit (6-8 weeks) will consist of an intestinal parasite screening, a feline Rapid Test, which is a test that screens cats for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) antibody, feline leukemia virus (FeLV) antigen,. A bag of training treats (yes you can train your Kitten) and the first series of the FVRCP vaccine.

FVRCP Vaccine  Rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia are serious diseases and can be life-threatening. Even in less serious cases, symptoms include a blocked nose, sticky eyes, fever, vomiting, and diarrhea. Cats with blocked noses often stop eating – they can become dangerously weak and need hospital treatment. More serious symptoms include painful sores in the mouth or life-threatening changes to the blood. Cats with these symptoms might require longer hospital stays and may not survive. 

Second visit (9-11 weeks)

At their second visit (9-11 weeks), they will receive a dose of medication to treat and prevent fleas and ticks and the second series of the FVRCP vaccine.

Third visit (12-14 weeks)

The third visit (12-14 weeks) for your kitten will include their first Feline Leukemia vaccine and the third series of the FVRCP vaccine.

Feline leukemia (FeLV) is a common viral disease that affects cats. It weakens the immune system, increases susceptibility to other diseases, causes blood disorders, and is the most common cause of cancer in cats. The virus spreads cat-to-cat through bodily fluids such as saliva, urine, and feces

Fourth visit (15-17 weeks)

At the fourth and last visit (15-17 weeks), your kitten will receive a rabies vaccine, their Feline Leukemia booster, and the final series of the FVRCP vaccine.

Rabies is a viral infection of the nervous system that mainly affects carnivores and bats, although it can affect any mammal. It is caused by the rabies virus. It causes sudden, progressive inflammation in the brain and spinal cord. Once clinical signs appear, it is fatal.
